Backordered items typically ship within 10 business days via Australian Post.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused items may be returned or exchanged at no cost. You must provide return shipping if you are exchanging an item. A simple rate is : $8.85 in postage will cover 1-3 products, add $1.50 for each additional product. The best way is to go to your post office, and tell them you need to purchase adequate postage for return shipping. Send all returns / exchanges to:
